A new sketch

I was never big on sharing unfinished works, but lately I feel that since I have so many more unfinished tunes than finished ones, maybe I should share them with you and maybe be inspired by your comments to finish them... so here's one -

My Bird Doesn't Sing Anymore (sketch) by DNA-Groove

Your comments are, as always, priceless. Thank you.

Hadrian   Ah that was nice, needed the cooling effect with all the work I have to do at the moment. I'm really picky with my music, my dad was a musician and so I'm usually hard to please. But I really like this song and can't think of anything to improve it. But seen as songs like this are your own emotion, hopefully all us saying how great it is will inspire you to realise what it needs in your own mind! :)

Joseph   I like it. I think it's great. Personally, It visualizes to me exactly as the title reads- a reminiscence of good times gone; something blissful yet with an undertone of loss; an experience forever worth remembering but due to circumstance, can/will never be relived. To me, your music gets deep, and that's how this song captivates me. I am naturally left wanting more of it! Keep it up!

I'd love to hear it through with a part for a deep chord change or perhaps a harmony on a brass instrument. i normally read music for piano, but this inspires me so much that i am going to try to pick it out by ear and play with it for a while.

I always feel great after listening to your songs; I love all of your works! I've been waiting for almost a year for something new, and it was amazing to hear this piece- I, too, am smiling. I hope you finish it with more to come!

Bradyn   It's so nice to see some softer stuff from you. This puts me in my own little world. Please do finish it, this needs to be played for anyone who is having a bad day or even wants to relax at the end of a good one. The piano work is subtle, and the sincerity and feeling in this song is great. I've been waiting for some new music from you for a while, and this was a pleasant surprise.

You always leave me smiling, thank you so much for sharing.

Speak up! Stop muttering!

So, what is this?

This is the official website of DNA-Groove (or Eliran Ben Ishai). He is a musician who lives in Tel Aviv, Israel and composes music with passion. He doesn't like to speak about himself in the 3rd person, so I'll just say that you are welcome to listen and speak, download and share everything here. Thank you for coming.
